You have 60 days from your order delivery date to report any defective items. Such items will be replaced.
You have 30 days from your order delivery date to report any items that do not fit. 

- We do not offer satisfaction returns.
- All returns must be pre-authorized. Please obtain an RMA by contacting customer service.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded on unclaimed / refused / undeliverable packages.

Contact customer service to obtain an RMA number.
If submitting a support ticket please include the following information:

1. Your order number, name and email address.
2. Products you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Products with quality problems

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within 30 days of receiving your order. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within 30 days, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees. Then you will get a full refund.
